"Dear PathwayUSA. I read your Biznews article where you say that once the individual has been issued with a green card, they need to move to the States to take up residency. I consulted with XXX .... today in Cape Town, and they say the green card is unconditional. There is no need to move to the States. Green card stays valid indefinitely while one can remain in SA. In addition once you have visited the USA for a total of 120 days over however long works for you, you can get a passport." SERIOUSLY????
