Working in, or moving to the USA is a very complex undertaking. Laws are becoming more ridged and are being implemented down to the letter. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate what you have done for us in such a short time. I tried to get insurance for our house and contacted AIG. I got blocked because of a technical issue that I was not familiar with from South Africa concerning our dogs and because I was dealing with a call center person I could not get any advice on how to deal with it. You may recall I then phoned you and you referred me to a company that not only solved the problem but have since then gone out of their way to assist us in getting all other sorts of cover from medical to auto insurance. If I hadn't had the referral from you, I doubt we would have been here today.

Americans will look at you funny and say "But, according to the system, you don't exist." LOL. After only 18 months of being in the US, my credit score is at 750 and this is unheard of for most new immigrants to the country. Amongst other things, they helped me figure out the credit score "puzzle."
